When designing our purpose built furniture, we do so with a passion and attention to detail, using only the best quality materials. Our methods of construction and manufacturing are characteristic of the 'Ebanisti', mortice and tennon joints, dovetails, cross band veneering, herring bone veneering and inlays. 40 Year-Woodwork Designer/Builder Paul began his career as a cabinet maker and was awarded ‘Apprentice of The Year'. At the age of 21, he set up his own business making furniture and then expanded into design/build of pubs.
Paul and Ebanisti have made five kitchens for us. The first three were for apartments in our gatehouses. As you can appreciate castle gatehouses are not run of the mill and Paul delivered in time and on budget. We were so pleased with the result that we asked Ebanisti to install our own kitchen in our holiday home on the North Coast. Not surprisingly we then asked him to pitch for our home in London, where he again has delivered a competitively priced bespoke kitchen, made in Northern Ireland and fitted in London.

I came to Paul with two ideas after a recommendation from my neighbours. The first was straight forward as I sent a picture from Pinterest of a staircase bannister removed and replaced with a long book case and asked for what was in the picture. Paul made a few helpful suggestions and returned with a beautifully drawn plan of exactly what I had asked for with the discussed amendments. It was a straight forward professional process with no 'that can't be done' or attempts to dilute or change the design vision I was set on for which I was appreciative. From start to finish it was a matter of a couple of weeks which was quicker than anticipated. The second project was slightly more complicated and required a couple of consultations in order to finalise. In the awkward under stairs space Paul and his team were tasked with building my cats a custom hide away litter draw for two litter trays with a cat sized opening allowing them to reach the trays and two shelves above them with one pull out draw front to make it as visually neat as possible. I was very pleased with the outcome- the cats trays are now hidden from view and all the associated cat kit has an equally hidden storage solution. Again the project was finished ahead of time and both were done for a very reasonable price to a quality standard. Paul's communication standards and business practices are above reproach- he was very easy to work with. I would absolutely recommend him and his team to anyone.
