We noticed a few radiators that weren't performing optimally, so we reached out to Ben for assistance. After inspecting our boiler and radiators, he determined that the radiator thermostats were malfunctioning, likely due to their 15-year age. He recommended replacing them, and since then, our heating has been working perfectly.
In addition to fixing the heating issue, Ben also installed a new sink and tap in one area and replaced a tap in our downstairs toilet. We encountered a problem with a stuck bath tap, which I now know is called a "Deck stop valve tap." We plan to have Ben come back to address this.
Throughout the process, Ben was courteous, efficient, and left everything clean and tidy. I highly recommend his services.
