If you are looking for a dependable contractor who will give you a reliable and cost effective solution to your groundwork, drainage or civil engineering enquiry, then look no further. We are a small family firm with a formidable reputation built on years of good service, operating throughout Oxford, Oxfordshire, Buckinghamshire and Berkshire. Excellent local knowledge, and good working relationships with local suppliers, mean that Gorman Civil Engineering & Groundworks can provide you with a fast response and a first rate dependable service.

As a leading groundwork contractor we have completed numerous projects where we have worked alongside and liaised with suppliers, such as steel framed and oak framed building manufacturers. By forming good working relationships with suppliers we are then, in turn, able to construct traditional mesh reinforced concrete or fibre reinforced concrete (FRC) slabs and bases for the buildings to fit into. Concrete is a very practical, durable and aesthetic material and it can have a variety of different finishes to suit different jobs, such as: brushed, tamped, trowelled or power floated.
