All our bespoke ironwork which include driveway gates, side gates, sliding gates, all can be manual or automated, wall railings, perimeter railings, balconies, Juliet balconies and much more are manufactured at our workshop in Langley Berkshire. We do not sub-contract any areas of our work thus making sure our quality is not compromised. In 1998 we saw an increase in the demand for electric gates as people wished to improve security at their homes, so we decided to enter the gate automation market.
Ark Wrought Ironwork can supply & install all types of gate automation equipment, from Arm to underground systems; we can also automate your existing gates. We undertake the complete process of: Design - Manufacture - Installation, therefore customers only deal with one company unlike some of our competitors who use different contractors to carry out various stages of the development. Our in house fully qualified Part P compliant electrician completes all the electrical work required to carry out the installations.
Our gates are made from mild steel, then shot blasted and painted in a colour of your choice. We have many browns to choose from to give that all important wood look or as the photo shows in black. These gate will accept automation with no problems or any special alterations and can be supplied in kit form if required.
All Ark Wrought Ironwork Ltd's products are given a high quality finish by a powder coating process, once they have been shot-blasted. This process is performed by Professional Coatings Ltd who have been chosen on there quality and attention to detail. They have 16yrs experience in this field and give all our products including gates and railings a high quality, durable and attractive finish in the customers chosen colour. Powder coating is a superior metal finishing process in which the paint is applied as a free-flowing, dry powder.
