IWA was formed in 1979 to practice as Chartered Consulting Engineers in the fields of Building Services and Electrical and Mechanical Engineering. It is the aim of this practice to provide sound design technology from the inception of a project to ensure that the final result will be the optimum with regard to form function, comfort, capital cost and running cost. The practice moved to new premises in 1989, 2000 and again in 2020 and still retains a personal service to clients, the majority of whom are of long standing with continuous commissions.
