We started our adventures in construction when our founder, Scott, realised he wanted to apply his Engineering Degree in a practical way. He saw that most of his graduate friends had a wealth of academic knowledge but this wasn't being used at the coalface. Equally, building sites were full of excellent, time served tradesmen underusing their skills. So he donned his hard hat after university and learn his craft on housebuilding sites. He co-founded Midland Garage Conversions with Claire, who had been the managing director in a successful insurance firm.
