Just missed out on an award this year. It was the Contractor who entered it apparently. An extensive & detailed extension to this property which included adjoining the garage to the house with a new monopitch roof with a glass "slot" running from front to back.
It's always nice to hear your work is appreciated. Lovely clients, a pleasure to work for. Some "finished" photos of this combined 1 & 2 storey extension and also some "before" of the old conservatory it replaced. Seamlessly blended with the help of a great Builder too.
This project is nearing completion. It's been interesting as the house type is very similar to my own. Had to make the most of limited space in the design & then on site, deal with the inherent problems of how Victorian buildings were sometimes built there were no foundations under the rear kitchen.
