Where do we start?! Simon was professional from the moment we approached him to the very end of our project. He took the time to explain the detail to us as novices, and was happy to attend meetings outside of normal working hours. Simon produced 3 fantastic options for our domestic conversion, assisted in sourcing high quality builders/ joiners at a reasonable price, and project managed the build to its conclusion without us having to worry. Our house has been transformed into a wonderful home for us to enjoy thanks to Simon listening to our thoughts and goals, and then delivering in abundance. We will have no hesitation at all in engaging the services of Simon and the Devlin Architects team with phase 2.
Unfortunately I've been ignored when trying to make contact by web, email, and phone. A terrible shame as it's nice to try and support local businesses. More professionalism required. Do not ignore potential customers.
