Remove of all current roofing and cladding systems including the removal of any non-licensed asbestos cement cladding materials for an existing building. We then replaced with new materials to make the building not only look new externally but also internally. When this work is carried out we try to improve the u-values to achieve the best insulation we can to make the building far more energy efficient. This is something that many of our clients have commented on as energy bills are always a big expense to any commercial property.
