GMS have completed the commissioning on the 2nd phase of Adelphi Wharf in Salford. With most modern boiler being A rated, they require an annual Combustion Analysis Inspection to check that the boiler is burning correctly. It is also important to check the burner condition and clean out the condensate trap to avoid blockages. From time to time, plumbing fittings become worn and will break down. GMS can provide emergency repair to all plumbing systems. This ranges from a leaking tap to larger jobs that need attention. Cold or hot outside taps can be fitted to suite your needs along with replacement gutters and downspouts.

Engineers who carry out unvented works are all qualified to do so and have been trained externally to achieve B-PEC certification.

This includes water chlorination, pre commission cleaning and disinfections of new and existing domestic hot and cold water systems, water tank cleaning, shock disinfection following contamination and automated continuous dosing. All our services are delivered by fully trained staff who have experience of working in many differing settings to ensure a solution can be achieved for all our client's needs. Water tanks should be regularly inspected and cleaned as required.

This boiler range comes with a free 10 year warranty which can be extended on a yearly basis through Ideal Boilers.
