We supply carpets for many market sectors including Healthcare, Leisure, Commercial and Education and have the product accreditation and certification as well as a proven track record to give you the confidence that our products are fit for purpose and built to last within busy commercial environments. We manufacture and back our carpet in our Danish tufting and backing plant, have a large stock holding of carpets at our UK head office, which are ready to distribute to all areas of the UK via our dedicated distribution partners.
We have been manufacturing and distributing carpets to the healthcare sector, mental health facilities, communal housing schemes, commercial, education and leisure industries since 1973. We manufacture our range of commercial carpets in our Danish tufting plant, back them in Europe's most technically advanced backing facility and then ship our carpets to the UK where we have an extensive stock holding at our Bristol Head Office. Our manufacturing history is underpinned by continued research and development.
There is a common misconception that carpets can be difficult and costly to clean, but armed with the correct information this isn't the case. We work closely with floor care specialists Traffik, who as an after care partner carry out a number of services to our clients, from restoration cleans through to regular in house maintenance. They use the latest cleaning technology including chemical free solutions as part of their N-CAP cleaning system and provide advice and guidance to maximise results in your business; even with your existing equipment, all with a focus on sustainability and environmental conditions.
Our manufacturing history is underpinned by continued research and development. This enables us to deliver carpets that achieve the highest standards in performance, but more importantly for you, advancement in yarn and manufacturing technologies that result in a superior flooring finish. This section will take you through our manufacturing processes. Carpet fibres, which are manufactured into yarn, play an important part in determining the quality of a carpet. The yarn directly influences many aspects such as surface structure, colour and feel as well as the functional benefits including resilience to wear, colour fastness and soil and stain resistance.
