We make sure to protect any areas of your part that should not have it's dimensions or texture altered i.e bearing and gasket faces, oilways and threads. We combine Ultrasonic Washing with Chemical Cleaning to clear the inside of your Car, Motorcycle or Marine Carbs & Jets of any blockages.

I Cleenz Macheenz is a family run specialist machine cleaning business based in South London. Our customers include everyone from Hobbyist, Trade and Industry. We make use of both dry and wet blasting machinery, as well as ultrasonic and chemical cleaning facility, this, combined with mechanical knowledge and the care and attention utilised on every job mean that even delicate engine and machine parts can be cleaned safely. Shot Blasting uses compressed air to blast certain types of media or shot at an item to remove any paint, corrosion, scale or other surface contaminants and leave an even finish. It is common for shot blasting to be followed by another process like Vapour Blasting, Paint Priming, Powder Coating, Plating and other types of surface treatment all of which can be done by us either in house, or by trusted affiliates. At I Cleenz Macheenz we have two blasting cabinets and a blast room, with these three methods we can clean both small and larger items (our large blast room is approximately 2.4 x 1.7 x 2.3meters ) and tailor how gentle or aggressive the blasting is by changing the type of media or "shot" used.

We ensure work is carried out to specification and in a logical order based on experience. Typical jobs include: making 1-off parts, cracked casting welding and machining; broken fin repairs which blend-in superbly; broken stud removal (even with sheared easy-outs jammed-in); thread repairs of any diameter and pitch; cylinder head overhaul (including precision valve-guide manufacture, installation, valve seat trimming, face skimming); sheet metal repairs to tanks, rusted panels or even refabrication; radiator testing and repairs including resizing and uprating, even manufacture of 1-off specials.
