Construction Supervisory Services Ltd. was established as a Clerk of Works practice in 1984 and is based in Newtownabbey, Northern Ireland. Our dedicated staff are located throughout Northern Ireland and come from a wide variety of construction backgrounds including trade, site management, Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, Building Control and maintenance. This gives us a range of expertise in all fields of construction be it new build or refurbishment, domestic or commercial, building or civil engineering, surveying or mechanical & electrical installations.
