Pi Consult was founded in 2003 by Ian Blow and has grown steadily since. Our philosophy was to deliver quality services with a real passion, creativity and technical knowledge to the residential, transport, social housing, and commercial sectors. With this philosophy in place, the practice has continued to evolve into new markets, gaining a strong reputation for quality of service. It is understood that building services solutions are often intangible and difficult to visualise, therefore our principle belief that "communication is key" is applied throughout the practice.

Pi carries a diverse portfolio within the commercial building services sector supporting landlords, investors, and trustees, government embassies, and occupiers. Our skill base is able to negotiate the minefield of potential struggles from legislation to existing structural and architectural issues. With the ever-increasing worth of useable floor area and capacity, we are aware it is important to provide a design that is both compact and energy efficient. No matter what the specification entails, a flexible design is offered to aid the continually varying industry needs.

They are typically designed to complement the employer's requirements and internal profiles, to ensurethe building functions correctly and efficiently. Whilst utilising our in-house experience and the latest design tools, we are able to provide up-to-date Mechanical, Electrical & Public Health design schemes. We believe in working in tandem with the wider team, lead by either the Client, Architect/PM, or Contractor.

Our experience within the residential sector spans the complete range from individual, private developer, new build and refurbishment dwellings together with affordable housing schemes through to urban redevelopment programs.
