CBAC use qualified engineers along with an experienced management team to provide a professional and reliable service that we are constantly growing to meet your demands. As well as developing, the company has maintained its initial successful core values in air conditioning including re-investing in staff and a quality fleet of vehicles.
Our building maintenance contracts are run by industry standard 52 week maintenance planners, where all plant and equipment assets are recorded and given a frequency of maintenance visits to suit the client's needs. As our minimum guide we use HVCA SFG20, as it is recognised as the industry standard for business and individuals responsible for maintaining, managing or specifying the maintenance of building services.
