Commercial architecture is the design of buildings for commercial clients - often for business or mixed use. By definition it covers a vast array of building types and design tasks from strategic planning through to interior design. Common to all is the importance of the clients business objectives and aspirations and the need for us to be responsive and flexible. Clients play a key role as a member of the project team. We aim to work closely with clients to produce a practical, innovative and stylish design specifically tailored to the needs of the client to create an effective and productive working environment.
The business is a design led, technically competent and client focussed architectural practice within which the professional attributes of competence and integrity are foremost. We aim to create lasting and rewarding relationships with clients, consultants, specialist suppliers and sub contractors.
Whether it be an urban residential scheme or a single family house or house extension we are committed to using vision and ideas to design beautiful homes that reflect our clients' aspirations. We work closely with the client to understand what they are seeking to achieve, their timescale and budget. We seek to produce an imaginative design solution that maximises the architectural potential of the site, makes creative use of light and space and is true to the nature of the materials used. We are committed to sustainable design in our work through the appropriate use of sustainable design methods, materials and technologies.
