KHA is an award-winning Architectural Practice based in Hampton Wick, just across the river from Kingston upon Thames. Founded by Keith Hiley in 1981, KHA initially provided architectural services predominantly in the commercial, retail and industrial sectors, including offices, supermarkets, shopping centres, high street retail units, pubs and restaurants, factories and warehouses. Keith Hiley Associates Limited was formed in 1991 when practice expertise extended to residential developments ranging from large housing estates and flats developments to single dwelling houses.
