If you live in a home with more than one bathroom or you require more hot water than can be provided by a combi boiler, then a system boiler could be your perfect heating and hot water solution. The major components of the heating and hot water system, including the pump and expansion vessel, are built into the system boiler, and a sealed hot water cylinder in the system provides hot water for the taps and heats the radiators. There is no need for a feed or expansion cistern in the loft, which saves space and eliminates the risk of any leaks or frost damage to pipes and tanks.
Baxi offers a wide range of gas boilers with a variety of models and outputs to cope with all your heating and hot water requirements. Every product is backed by Baxi Customer Support, meet and exceed the latest European standards for safety, energy efficiency, emissions and water bylaws. Combi (short for combination) boilers contain everything needed to heat your radiators and deliver hot water to your taps in one compact unit, saving valuable space in the home as there is no need for a hot water cylinder or water tanks in the loft. A combi boiler heats water instantly when you turn on a hot tap. The water comes straight from the mains, so the flow rate at the tap is usually very good. And because it only heats the water you need, when you need it, it is extremely energy efficient.
Around four million homes in the UK are not connected to the mains gas network. These homes use other methods, such as electricity, oil, wood, solid fuel or liquid petroleum gas (LPG) for heating. LPG is different to natural gas because it is delivered by road and stored in a gas tank on the property. Like mains gas, LPG is a very efficient fuel, so when used with a high efficiency, condensing boiler, it could save you money on heating bills. There are boilers that are designed specifically to work on LPG, while some boilers that have been designed to work on mains gas can be converted to work on LPG.
Repair & Care is a maintenance and support plan for your broken-down boiler, providing a one-off repair (where repairable) and then on-going maintenance and support for your boiler and controls, to help ensure they are properly maintained, supported and in good working order. One-off repair is a single, fixed price repair on your boiler, carried out by one of our expert Baxi engineers. Includes engineer call-out, parts and labour.

Our boilers are manufactured in the UK and stocked in plumbing and builders' merchants nationwide. We have a range, model and output suitable for all domestic gas heating installations. Heat only boilers are also known as 'regular', 'traditional' or 'conventional' boilers are also a good option for homes in areas with low water pressure and those with multiple bathrooms. Most homes have heating and hot water provided by a natural, or mains, gas boiler. Mains gas (natural gas) is piped directly into most homes in the UK, unlike liquid petroleum gas (LPG) which needs to be stored in tanks.
