A dormer loft conversion is a structural roof extension which extends out from the pitch of the existing sloping roof. A dormer is often the most cost efficient way to create more floor space in what could have been a small attic space. The windows in a dormer are usually larger as well, giving more light into the loft. TVM's loft dormers are built to the same high standard as the rest of our building work, meeting all relevant Planning and Building Regulations for construction quality and thermal efficiency.
