The refurbishment started out removing an existing conservatory and rebuilding a single storey extension in its place, a large loft conversion and some internal room rearrangement. By the time we moved in North and South had managed a huge project which included, regular contact with the council and architect, a new roof, replacing all windows and doors, new electrics and plumbing throughout, fitting 4 new bathrooms, tiling throughout, installing 2 staircases, hanging over 20 doors, preparation and laying of underfloor heating throughout the ground floor, rendering the entire outside of the property, plastering throughout, decorating both internally and externally, remodelling and landscaping of rear garden and driveway.
