Our qualified team of assessors can help with all aspects of energy audits including air conditioning (TM44) surveys. Energy Savings Opportunity Scheme (ESOS) is a mandatory energy assessment and energy saving identification for larger business throughout the UK. The scheme is designed to lower energy consumption, save waste and provide cost savings by adopting our recommendations. Although mandatory there are still many thousands of businesses who have still not had their ESOS assessment. We offer the opportunity to spread the cost of your ESOS assessment over the 5 year period, helping to phase in our recommendations.

A TM44 Air Conditioning Survey is designed to improve energy efficiency, reduce consumption, reduce operating costs and the carbon emissions from your air conditioning system. The report provided will highlight improvements to the systems and potential opportunities for replacing older or oversized systems with new modern energy efficient systems. The replacement of refrigerant is restricted in older systems so it can be cheaper and more efficient to replace older systems with more modern energy efficient units.
