Operating from our Warehousing, Sales, Administration and Distribution centre in Belfast we represent some of the world's leading brands of products in construction materials covering Roofing Systems, Commercial Flooring and a wide range of Building Products and Materials. Laydex are Northern Ireland's leading distributor of sustainable building solutions and have built a reputation for supplying innovative and dynamic products meeting the ever changing needs of builders and designers.

Laydex Building Products Division is a market leader in the supply of a wide range of building products and materials to the Builders Merchants, DIY and Plumbing Merchants sector in Northern Ireland. Our diverse product portfolio includes Damp Proof Membranes, Radon Barriers, DPCs, Building Adhesives and Chemicals and Roofing Underlays. We also provide essential internal solutions for door hardware and second fixing finishes.

Laydex Roofing Division is Northern Ireland's leading supplier of PVC, Bituminous, Standing Seam and Liquid Coating Roof Systems. In addition, we also distribute Bitumen, Insulations, Structural Insulated Roof Panels (SIPS) and all associated roofing ancillary products. Partnering with worldwide leading manufacturers such as Pluvitec, Renolit/Alkorproof, Tremco and Resitrix, we provide the specifying Architect and the Roofing Contractor with the highest quality Waterproofing Solutions and product technical support.

With many years experience in the Flooring industry, the Laydex Flooring Division offer one of the widest ranges of commercial flooring products available in the Northern Irish market. We supply subfloor preparation materials including damp proof membranes (DPM), screeds and adhesives. Our floor coverings include vinyls, linoleum, carpet: sheet & tiles and rubber. We also have a large range of stair nosings, underlays, accessories and tools available. Kraiburg and supply Flooring Contractors with materials which are used in Healthcare, Educational and Commercial projects throughout Northern Ireland.
