It is with great sadness and heavy heart that Angela at Wesley Marine Windows has to announce the passing of her Husband and Co Worker John Dickinson. Anyone who had the pleasure of meeting John or working with him knew what a kind, caring true gentlemen he was, with his sense of humour to make anybody laugh. He was a True Legend and will be massively missed by all that knew him; the memories left behind will be a comfort to us and also be with us forever. As from Thursday 14th May we will be open for business all be it with a skeleton staff so please bear with us.
Angie had qualified as an accountant, a profession seen by some as not having the correct credentials for running a successful business, however, she has proved all her doubters wrong. Wesley is still here and growing! Using very much a "hands on" approach Angie steers Wesley Marine Windows Ltd through through the ups and downs of running a business in todays tough market place. However, as with all of our staff, Dave is a hardworking team member who quietly, well perhaps not quietly, produces quality product, and is very actively involved in the development of our new range of narrowboat windows and overseeing the production of our new range of bi-fold shower doors.
Wesley Marine Windows are manufactured in our own workshop at Newark in Notts, to category D of the Recreational Craft Directive (RCD) and are glazed with 4mm toughened glass to BS 6206. The finishing processes of polishing, anodising or powder coating are carried out by professionals with many years experience in their chosen fields. Wesley Marine Windows are able to offer a wide range of windows for narrowboats and Dutch barges in a selection of sizes, styles, colours and finishes. Super Spacer is immensely suited to the manufacture of double glazed narrow boat windows due to the "no-metal warm edge technology" introduced into the unit.
