Whether you're looking for free standing or fitted wardrobes, dressing rooms, chest of drawers, beds, bedside lockers, dressing tables, blanket boxes, jumper chests or any other piece of beautiful bedroom furniture we can design and make the perfect piece for you. Our customers have a wide variety of solid timbers to choose from which can then be hand crafted to suit each individual customers' taste and varnished or painted by hand with top quality finishes.
As with our kitchens, our handmade furniture here at Blackthorn is designed uniquely for you, using the traditional in-frame structure. Each piece of furniture is hand crafted in solid wood to suit your specific needs; from dressers and bookcases to home entertainment cabinets, home offices, sideboards, occasional tables, dining tables, TV units, computer desks, display cabinets, storage units. We can make furniture for all your requirements, created to the size, colour and style you want. All our furniture is waxed, oiled, varnished or painted by hand using top quality finishing products.
At Blackthorn we make what the customer wants, so our kitchens fit our customers' style rather than fitting a particular category. A kitchen doesn't have to be just 'contemporary' or just 'country', it can bring inspiration from lots of elements, making it unique for you. Through consultation sessions with our design team, aspects of any style you wish can be included - all made to the same high standard of workmanship using quality materials, that is the basis of all cabinetry produced by Blackthorn.

I cannot recommend Blackthorn highly enough. Dermot, Margaret, Ross and all the staff were so generous with their time and ideas to assist us to create the perfect kitchen with out needs in mind. It's my favourite room in our house. We wanted to change a couple of things after the kitchen was installed and their after sales service was second to none, they were so accommodating; most businesses don't want to know once the job has been completed. Everyone that comes to our house comments on how amazing the kitchen is and how well it was thought out. We will be back to Blackthorn to make other furniture for our home over the coming months and years as we have not found another company that provides such excellent craftsmanship with such good quality products at such competitive prices.
