Because INNOVATIVE HOME SOLUTIONS is both an architectural design and construction company, we offer a streamlined, turnkey delivery process from planning through the completion of your new home. In addition to simplifying the process, we are also able to ensure the highest level of energy performance with our proprietary twin wall system, triple-glazed windows, and mechanical ventilation with heat recovery systems.

This includes the detailed design and specification of all interior elements including: kitchens, bathrooms, staircases, lighting, bespoke cabinetry, flooring and wall finishes. INNOVATIVE HOME SOLUTIONS feels strongly that the interior and exterior of their designs are seen as one, and through our DESIGN and INTERIORS teams, clients get an effective transition between the two. We have sourced uniquely selected interiors products of the highest quality from around the world, including contemporary furniture, lighting, art and accessories.

We offer fully engineered packages that including design, timber frame wall panels, floors, and roof trusses. We can supply your timber frame house kit as a complete package including insulation, windows, external & internal doors, staircases and other components or just the frame itself. As well as supplying complete house kits, we also supply timber frame extension kits. These kits are manufactured to the same standard as a house kit and contain the same components but just on a smaller scale.

From the beginning of each project, our design and construction teams work together, allowing for a high-level of technical coordination between the construction site and the design office. Each project is optimised to ensure that maximum building performance and cost-effectiveness is achieved.
