This company will not return to service the boiler, even though there is a service contract in place. Have tried for the past five weeks, made numerous phone calls, none were ever returned. Given promises over the five week period of which none materialised. They have taken money under false pretences by not fulfilling the service agreement

Highly recommended!! Came out quickly after our oil fired boiler was not firing. Quickly diagnosed and discovered the boiler needed replacing which we suspected might be the case. New boiler ordered that night on a Friday and Installed by the Tuesday. Clearly very knowledgeable and professional, very polite and respectful and fully explained everything we need to know and ensured everything was working properly before he left.

Such a conscientious technician who knew exactly what he was talking about and gave me excellent advice and care for my home and heating system. Worked so hard everyday and even though there where issues along the way as the house is very old he stuck with it and found a solution that would cause minimal disruption. Very polite and tidy.
