We are on hand to unblock drains and toilets in your property or outside connecting you to the mains. Free estimates are given to all new and old customers across Cheshire, Wirral and North Wales, for all repair work. All of our engineers have been DBS checked by Wirral Borough Council, allowing us to work in areas with vulnerable adults and children.

Boilers
We install and supply 5, and only 5 different brands of boiler across Wirral, Cheshire and North Wales from our office in Ellesmere Port. Whether it be conventional or combination boilers we recommend the leading brands listed below. When a quotation is done by ourselves all boilers are listed individually by price and all literature given out. Please remember with any new boiler the system will be flushed and we would always advice magnetic cleaners and linline scale reducers. Modern boilers are more efficient for several reasons, but their main advantage is that they are all condensing boilers.
Loft Insulation
Homes can lose 25% of their heat through the roof. The Government through it's Act on CO2 website states: Loft insulation is a layer of material formed into a thick quilt that's rolled out between the wooden beams that run across the floor in the loft. The savings on your heating bill from installing loft insulation are illustrated in the table below. I would highly recommend budget maintaining a lovely lad Ryan came out to fix my toilet at last min I no they very busy especially this time of year and I have to say Ryan was a very polite man nothink was to much trouble afterwards he said if said that if there was any problems to call anytime someone’s always on call ( very professional) he left my bathroom very clean and tidy. I cannot recommend Budget Maintenance & Elegance Bathrooms highly enough.
Our 13-year-old boiler packed up in the cold of winter and after turning up when arranged, Mike carried out a full review of the existing boiler, airing cupboard and loft pipework’s. The recommendation was to replace the kitchen wall mounted condensing boiler with a loft mounted combi-boiler, freeing up the airing cupboard for increased storage.
The team turned up when agreed, completed the works within the timeframe quoted and removed all waste. The workmanship is fantastic, additional gas pipes now required for modern boilers were intelligently routed to minimise them standing out on the front and side of the property. A special mention for the quality of the pipework, all pipes have been bent and installed to perfection, with my neighbours commenting on the new gas feed being a ‘work of art’. They even went the extra mile to recommend and move the original water pipes pipes to make it easier for me move around the loft and allow me to access areas that were difficult previously and worked to maximise the space available for the airing cupboard. The condensate pipe has been routed to reduce the chance of freezing to 0% which we have had problems with in the past and the flu exits the roof on the back, so again it’s not visible from the front.
Really pleased with the experience and outcome. Radiators are warm within minutes, the kitchen is opened up with the removal of the ugly old boiler, hot water is available within a reasonable amount of time, we can now fill the bath to the top and the loft space has not been significantly impacted.
The team were friendly and professional and will be my go-to guys for gas plumbing works in the future.

We have used budget maintenance for all our heating and plumbing jobs for several years now and they have always been excellent so when we wanted a new bathroom fitting we had no hesitation in asking them to do it. The bathroom has just been completed and we can't thank Andy and Ryan enough for the amazing job they have done. Andy came up with some brilliant design suggestions and his attention to detail is great. We would highly recommend the whole team.

We have just had an en suite and main bathroom makeover and I cannot recommend this firm highly enough. Andy and his team were highly professional, courteous and able to sort problems calmly, efficiently and competently. I would have no hesitation in using them again. So hard these days to find reliable people to do this type of work. I won't be using anyone else!!!

Fitted a fireplace in our front room and we have since found out that due to rising damp, this work should never have been undertaken. Budget maintainance would have known this at the time work commenced. They were due to also fit a gas fire. Had they done this, the rising damp would have pushed the gas fire out of the fireplace, potentially causing a gas leak from the pipework. Due to using this outfit, we are now having to pay out even more money to rectify a problem they should have solved.

Just had the boiler replaced and very impressed with quality of work. Excellent value, efficient friendly guys, punctual, polite would gladly recommended them. Also in New year will be asking for a quote for the bathroom to be done. Also local.
