From its manufacturing facility in Ballynahinch, Co. Down, Glas-Seal supplies high specification glass products for domestic and commercial use. Guardian #ClimaGuard 1.0+ is a thermally insulating #glass that provides the highest levels of #light transmission and thermal insulation. Clear and colour neutral when viewed from any angle, the glass transmits light beautifully.

In addition to the advanced machinery already described, GlasSeal also boasts some excellent basic glassprocessing machinery. GlasSeal operates a flexible glass cutting and sawingdepartment comprising two optimised and automatedBottero float glass cutting stations, one semi-automaticBottero laminated glass cutting station and two Putsch-Meniconi vertical glass saws. We have the ability to cutfloat glass from 2mm to 25mm thick and to cut multi-layerlaminated glasses from 4.4mm up to 60mm thick. Complimenting the toughing and CNC machinery, wehave arissing (seaming) capabilities and a laser guideddrilling station, which drills from top and bottom surfacesof the glass simultaneously to ensure accuracy and anexcellent finish.
