Tower Heating strongly recommend that 'open-flued' appliances, such as older boilers, warm air heating units and gas fires have a Carbon Monoxide alarm installed in the same room. Our engineers can provide and install CO alarms for 36. Please enquire during your service. A gas safety inspection covers the property's gas meter, gas pipework, boiler and a gas oven or hob. Any additional gas appliance, such as a gas fire attracts an additional cost of 60 per appliance. Servicing of the boiler is not covered by the cost of a gas safety certificate unless the boiler was installed by Tower Heating and the boiler is still under guarantee.
We know that a broken boiler is often an unexpected and frustrating experience. We want to make the process of getting it back up and running as swift and painless as possible. To do this, we have produced the following guide so you know what to expect and how much it's likely to cost. Although most parts arrive the next day, on occasion they may take longer. To avoid having to postpone or cancel appointments, we have found that it is best to wait until parts have been delivered and we have checked that they are correct.

I’ve been really impressed with Tower heating, whenever I’ve had a problem with my boiler or radiators, they’ve always been fast to fix the problem. They made me feel reassured that they took all measures possible to be covid secure, and did the job in hand with no problems. The staff are all well mannered, and make you feel at ease. Highly recommended.

We discovered a badly leaking radiator at 6pm, by 7pm Gordon had arrived to fix it. Turned into a bigger problem than we thought but he took it all in his stride and we are fixed, dry and so relieved! Thankyou Tower Heating, and especially Gordon, you saved the day!
