RLM are a family run business specialising in the installation of high quality windows, doors and conservatories. We pride ourselves on being able to offer a high-quality service and premium products at costs that suit your budget. Based in Newcastle upon Tyne, we cover an area right across North East England installing our products. RLM Windows Doors & Conservatories was established in 2007 by owner Ricky Macdonald. Ricky has a number of years as a fenestration installer and fenestration surveyor.

Our vast range of Composite French doors are available in a 29 different styles and configurations with both Low and Standard thresholds, they can open in or out and can also come with side light combination frames. You can select from a wide range of colours and finishes to create a unique composite French door design that is bespoke to your home. Our range include both lever handle and pull bar handle options, all come with a high security ULTION multi point locking system and standard. Our Composite French Doors are manufactured with security in mind; high security multi point looks with shoot bolts are fitted as standard.

RLM supplies and fits Ultion locks to all of its doors and we are also a genuine Ultion key centre. You can order replacement ot additional Ultion keys with RLM direct, all you need is your key code found on the top of your key. Use our ordering tool for Ultion keys. The Ultion lock has been tested to the needs of the British Standard TS007 3 star standard, without having to be bolstered with an expensive high security handle. When Ultion is locked it is the actual centre cam that gets independently secured, not secured to the internal plug - this means that even when the key is left on the inside of the lock, Ultion is still secure.

Today, windows are assessed with an easy to recognise A-G energy rating. The rating assesses the energy performance of the whole window including frame material, frame design, glass type and all other components that make up the window. Any window with a 'C' rating or higher is deemed to be energy efficient. A window with an 'A' rating should allow more free heat in from the sun than it loses from your home (over the course of a year).
