Will recommend this done a good job on the work he carried out
Tony ,
Thanks for undertaking the work yesterday to install the loft ladder and widening the opening into the loft.As usual the work was carried out to a high standard, on time and within our budget. The same criteria also apply the the other two jobs you have done for us . The flooring in the kitchen especially looks really good.
When we have got the materials for the bathroom we will be in touch for you to fit the flooring in there as well.
Once again thanks for your professional approach to the work you have carried out for us.
Tony was prompt in terms of providing a quotation, giving a start and end date which he adhered to and was pleasant throughout his three day work period.
He is thoughtful in his approach and meticulous in his execution of work. Tracey, his wife, is a perfect foil who works behind the scenes providing ordering support and occasional delivery of materials that would do justice to Nissan's 'Just in time' production system. Provided you are well stocked with coffee, Tony will provide an excellent joinery service.
I was extremely pleased with the work Tony undertook for me. He hung a new door and replaced an old banister with new spindles.
He came along to discuss the work, turned up when he said he would and was extremely reliable. He checked first on the type of spindles required by bringing around some samples He suggested I looked at his website to see photos of work which had already been completed. He worked efficiently and completed the job in the time given and his costs are very reasonable. My son-in-law, who is himself a joiner working for a building company, was so impressed by Tony's work that he hired him to put in a new banister in his own home.
