We are an established, family run, privately owned business that has been setting standards for efficiency, innovation and quality for over 55 years. Our Building Services division designs and installs complete mechanical services installations comprising heating, water services, ventilation, drainage, electricity solutions and renewable technologies for a wide range of residential and commercial projects. The Facilities Management division provides both planned preventative and reactive maintenance for a complete range of housing services, including, lifts, fire and security alarms, emergency lighting, water hygiene, renewable technologies and much more, for both private, Local Authority and Housing Association owned / managed tenanted housing.

In 1964 three great friends, two of whom were also brothers-in-law, had an idea. Working for an uncle's pipe fitting and commercial heating and ventilation business they saw the newly burgeoning home heating market first hand and were appalled by the lack of professionalism and poor customer service that would come to typify the experience suffered by so many home owners. They knew they could do better. So in March 1964, Evan Ivey (senior), his brother-in-law Brian Durrant and Frank Dalton formed Aston Heating.

Solar energy is a free renewable energy that is non-polluting and as long as the sun is here so is the energy it gives out. In the UK we receive sufficient sunlight throughout the year to provide the majority of the energy required to provide hot water heat for washing, showers, baths for a typical family property.

Our high quality, fully trained engineering workforce provides heating, ventilation, plumbing, air conditioning and electrical services to building contractors, the Heath and Education sectors, Local Authorities, Housing Associations, and ALMOS, supported by Project Managers renowned for their dedication and quick thinking to ensure all contracts run smoothly, on time and on budget.
