Our business was established 20 years ago and is based in Shropshire, specialising in the design, supply and installation of renewable heating solutions, as well as commercial and domestic plumbing and heating, gas service and installation. We have extensive experience and an excellent reputation of working on numerous projects including working with national companies on multiple units, self builds, refurbishments and with local builders to provide design and installation packages for a range of warm water underfloor heating systems, ground source, and air source heat pumps and solar thermal collectors.

At Wilson Plumbing & Heating our Corgi registered engineers specialise in the installation, service and repair of all boiler makes and models. If you believe your boiler has a fault or needs a repair and your warranty (the boiler is over one year old) has expired we can provide a full inspection and diagnosis of the fault. Our engineers provide maintenance and repairs to manufacturer's instructions: installing boilers, motors, circuit boards, pumps, condensers, thermostats, fans, valves, and most other mechanical, electrical, and electronic components.

Underfloor heating works by pumping controlled flows of warm water from a boiler, or other heat source, through plastic tubing embedded in the floor. Because the emitting area is large, the warmth provided is quite sufficient even on a cold winter day without the need for any extra heat source. This method is well suited to all normal floor types' solid or timber. Warm water underfloor heating provides a kind of warmth that is more natural and more comfortable than that of radiators. It makes no intrusion on room space and saves on fuel and maintenance costs.

Heat pumps are effective solutions to heating and cooling applications for all types of buildings, domestic, commercial and retail premises including hotels and residential complexes. Where Heat Pumps are used for heating, they are capable of highly cost-efficient energy applications because they tap into a limitless supply of clean, pollution-free heat - either the surrounding air or heat captured in the ground - all you pay for is the energy to transport that heat, and in some applications.
