Based in Crawley, offering services throughout West Sussex, Surrey and the South East, Greenstar Cleaners is a sustainable office cleaning company, using best practices to help sustain our environment. Greenstar Cleaners Limited have been providing sustainable cleaning services to businesses in the South East for over 40 years. The company is run by husband and wife Dean Clark and Nicki Hesketh. It was started by Nicki's father and continues to be a family run concern. This means that our clients aren't dealing with a large faceless organisation, but with people who really care about the success of the business and will therefore do whatever it takes to make it work. When entering a contract you want to feel safe in the knowledge that you will have continuity of service and that you will be a valued customer.

We can make your windows sparkle inside and out and have a solution for most premises; from a single storey building up to around 15m in height using our Reach and Wash system and even higher using cherry pickers. We use a water-fed pole system; this uses purified water to clean your office windows. The benefit of purified water is that it has no particles in it, which means the windows are left spot free and sparkling. The soft bristle brush removes dirt particles and smears on the glass, whilst the pure water can be left to dry naturally without leaving water stains.

The offices are clean; the windows are clean and so is the car park, but who looks after those overgrown hedges and borders? Quite often the grounds around a building get forgotten, especially if they are simply grass borders and hedges. The overall appeal of a building and maybe reputation of a company is not only judged by the building itself, but by its surroundings too. Our grounds team is fully trained and carry out all manor of tasks including mowing borders, trimming hedges, weeding flower beds, weed pulling hardstanding areas and leaf clearance.

To maintain the highest level of hygiene and peace of mind, we carry out ULV fogging either daily, several times a week or weekly. This is applicable if your premises is being cleaned on a regular basis by us or your usual cleaner. We would come and use the ULV fogger throughout the premises to help eradicate pathogens. ULV fogging does not work on areas with dust or debris. This is a monthly deep sanitising manual clean, using Steri-7 on key touch points and surfaces, followed by ULV Fogging throughout the premises.

Carpet cleaning does make a huge difference to the overall look, feel and even the smell of an office. Over time the coffee and tea stains multiply, not to mention the daily footfall they receive. Even the very best carpets can appear lacklustre. Cleaning carpets on a regular basis both maintains them and gives them a new lease of life. A clean carpet just makes everything look brighter. We currently offer commercial carpet and upholstery cleaning across West Sussex, Surrey and the South East. We aim for our office cleaning to be as sustainable as possible, using as few chemicals as we can. To enable us to do this, we use micro-fibre technology for our cleaning. This uses only water which means that our chemical usage is minimal. When you first learn about micro-fibre it is difficult to comprehend how not using chemicals can actually clean and get rid of germs. It has been scientifically proven to work and is used in many healthcare environments globally. The micro-fibre cloths and mops lift and trap over 98% of bacteria, enabling us to reduce the use of harmful chemicals.

We work with an excellent third party supplier, who we have been using for many years, to organise and maintain our wash room services. They are reliable, provide an excellent service and produce good results. Our service with them is transparent, we will liaise with them on your behalf so there is one less supplier for you to deal with. We like them because they have an innovative washroom servicing solution - a barcode monitoring system which gives customers complete peace of mind that their washroom services are being completed on time every time.

Floors installed for commercial purposes are subject to excessive traffic, wear and tear and are often just taken for granted. They should be of a high specification and as such are a substantial initial investment. However, if maintained properly they should stand the test of time. We currently offer hard floor maintenance across West Sussex, Surrey and the South East. Areas we cover include Crawley, Gatwick, Horley, Horsham, Redhill, Reigate, Brighton and Leatherhead. If you are in the position of being able to choose flooring, take into consideration what it is being used for; is it an entrance floor that will have high traffic?

ULV fogging disperses a fine mist or fog of high grade disinfectant that kills 99.999% of pathogens. We use Steri-7 in our fogging machines, this high-grade disinfectant kills 99.999% of pathogens and has reactive technology so keeps surfaces protected for up to 7 Days between cleans.
