Marnick Builders have years of experience in the building industry. Our master craftsmen take pride in working with our clients to maintain excellent working relationships and always provide the best customer care. We undertake projects both large and small, from repairs and renovations to refurbishments, extensions and new builds. We take great care in our work and from our early projects our reputation for quality, dedication and professionalism has spread. Established in March 1991, we started with small jobs, repairs and maintenance for the general public and for the Carrick District Housing Department.

From small extensions and refits to ultra-modern clifftop homes and everything in between, the majority of our projects have been in the residential sector. We can advise clients through the entire process, from initial design and planning right through to handing over the keys. Our craftsmen are well equipped to cater for Specialist heritage work and have extensive knowledge and experience in restoring grade I, II and II* listed buildings. We work closely with our in-house joiner shop, Marnick Joinery to repair a wide range of bespoke and traditional woodwork.
