In over 30 years of business we have established ourselves as a leading Cornish company in providing expertise in the building industry. Our broad portfolio of building projects and use of both traditional and modern building techniques make us the choice for architects, local authorities, businesses and private individuals who wish to see their projects and dreams a reality. We specialize in restoring listed buildings: churches; schools; castles; to their former glory, using traditional building materials and methods.

We are an established construction firm specialising in restoration work on listed buildings. We have over 30 years of experience managing, supervising and bringing projects to life. We promote high quality work and materials, attention to detail and enjoy working with clients together so that we can achieve your vision. We have full office support headed by our professional team including James Graham, our in house Quantity Surveyor. Karen welcomes enquiries, that are then passed on to our directors, site managers and any other particular suppliers of specialist skills that may be required.

KPK have been involved in major re-roofing and restoration works at a number of Cornish churches and chapels including St. John's Church in Truro, Lanlivery Parish Church, St. Brevita, St. Michael's Church in Helston and Penzance Methodist Chapel. In the public sector we have undertaken similar renovation and restoration work at Redruth Railway Station, Falmouth Library and Municipal Buildings, the Princess Pavilions in Falmouth and Ships & Castles for the Area Health Authority. KPK have also undertaken similar conversion and restoration work at over 20 Cornish schools.

We have undertaken a select range of new build projects over the years, fromstandard two bedroom bungalows to eco-friendly properties which are different in every way. Our portfolio includes properties, that consist of strip foundations, block work, timber frame, tiled roof and standard kitchens and bathrooms. Our high-tech properties which consist of steel frame construction include materials that needed to be sourced from all over the country and abroad (such as foam glass perinsul blocks, Heraklith straw wall boards and Velfac energy glass windows) and eco-friendly materials such as sheep's wool insulation, cellulose warm cell ground source heating and rainwater harvesting systems.
