Great to see phase 2 of work on this dwelling nearing completion today. We have converted the double garaging into a new light-filled entrance hall and playroom - swipe to see the before shot. As a practice, we always try to look to see if a reconfiguration of a home is feasible before resorting.
Some interesting research has revealed that the Vale of White Horse is the 4th easiest place to obtain planning permission in the country. With the large number of applications we have submitted with this Local Authority over the years I'm not sure we are fully in agreement with the 'easiest' bit!
