Acheson has gained extensive experience with over 40 years of operating within the residential sector. From new build, residential projects including large country house and individual dwellings, luxury apartments, small and large scale residential development to barn conversions, major renovations and restorations of listed building, we have built an impressive portfolio of projects in this area. We have been entrusted with high profile projects including the design and construction of the Olympic village on Portland, which housed the competitors and officials during the 2012 Olympic and Paralympic games for the sailing events.

The projects completed within this sector include complex M&E, security and data cabling solutions, precision floors and dock levelling bay installations. In addition to design and construction of new industrial buildings we also extend and refurbish old ones, transforming them into high performance units which improve productivity and add value to our client's investment.
