Look over the site limitations and advantages to gain an understanding of what is required and advise if possible. Prepare all drawings / schedules / specifications for your project to meet or out perform current building regulations. Compile all information and send out to a minimum of 3 local builders to obtain a fair price for the building works. Once a builder has been appointed APT Design Services will carryout a site overseeing role to check the project is on track and being built to approved drawings.
