We have experience in the refurbishment of commercial properties and domestic dwellings. The schemes have varied from small fit outs to starting afresh and refurbishing large buildings completely. We provide a vast spectrum of commercial schemes, from minor alterations to complete refurbishments. Design and Build procurement works on the basis that the main building contractor is responsible for undertaking both the design and construction work on a project. We have vast experience in working with main Building Contractors to analyse Employer's requirements during the tender process and conduct a value engineering approach. Detailed design post tender allows us to demonstrate our knowledge and experience of building technology and clear concise technical information that Building Contractors need to make their jobs easier, from a management and on site perspective.
