As an established Worcestershire building and construction company we have built up a reputation based on our customers' experience and the quality of our work.
Build in the 1800's this barn had been used as a milking parlour and cow shed until a week before the build began. Total Build converted this once cow shed into a spacious 3 bedroomed, 2 bathroom family home complete with bespoke oak kitchen. We project managed the entire build from carpentry to decorating.
We project managed this job from start to finish. We gained permitted development approval quickly with the help of architects drawings, that allowed us to get on with the ground work. The foundations went down in no time and the brickwork was completed in a matter of days. Then with a vaulted tiled roof, Velux windows, double doors and window the new extension was water tight within a few weeks of starting the project. Next we moved onto the first fix utilities, knocking down the internal walls and inserting the steel support recommended by our structural engineer to apply with building regs.
The brief here was to build a new spacious family kitchen in the existing garage and turn their current small kitchen into a utility. We also added french doors from the kitchen to the garden and a brand new bathroom upstairs. The build took no longer than 10 weeks and gave the clients a better living space whilst adding value to the property.
