Duraflex, part of the UK Windows & Doors Group Ltd is one of the largest extruders of PVCu profile for the Window Industry in the UK. We supply Householders, Builders, Developers, Local Authorities and Housing Associations through a nationwide network of window fabricators and installers. Backed by over twenty years of PVCu extrusion experience in the window and door sector, Duraflex create the ideal environment for innovative product design, quality production, reliable logistics and all the necessary customer support services.

Combining form and function, the Duraflex French Door system provide a stylish and secure alternative to patio or bi-folding doors. Elegant and easy to fabricate and fit, our French Doors are available in a wide range of configuration options, both inwardly and outward openings, as well as a stunning choice of colour finishes and Georgian Bar options. Fully integrated within the Diamond Suite, the Duraflex French Doors feature our high performing five chambered profile, Q-lon weatherseal gasket and is available with a range of cill and threshold combinations.

The Duraflex in-line sliding patio door is one of the UK's leading patio systems, offering safety, security and supreme aesthetics. The versatile system is available in 2, 3 and 4 leaf options, combining safety and security with lifestyle choice and space. Available in either featured or bevelled systems and designed for ease of fabrication, the Duraflex patio is compatible with our full range of ancillary items and also an aluminium low threshold with ramps for ease of access options. Beautifully designed with slim sightlines, these space saving doors are available in a range of colour, finish and glazing options to suit any project, from contemporary new build properties to traditional character cottages.

The Tilt and Turn window combines the best of both worlds - form and functionality - featuring a dual opening mechanism to provide an easy to clean, stylish window with secure ventilation and superb performance. By twisting the handle to 90 degrees, the sash tilts inwards to provide gentle ventilation; when turned to 180 degrees the side hinges engage to enable the window to be fully opened for ease of cleaning or fire escape. Featuring advanced security performance, the Tilt and Turn windows offers a versatile solution and can be fitted with a variety of hardware and locking options and also conform to BS 7950 high security status.

Secured by Design (SBD) is a Police Approved Initiative that is designed to ensure products achieve a high level of security - as standard, giving both fabricators and homeowners peace of mind. Part Q is a standard that is a requirement for New Build properties, including home extensions that again, ensures products achieve a minimum level of security. The security level is the same as SBD, as both initiatives are tested to PAS24. Our windows and doors have been tested to the stringent requirements of PAS24 enabling, with the appropriate hardware, a high level of security to be achieved, meeting the requirements of SBD (Secured by Design).

Meticulously designed for high weather, security and thermal performance, superior aesthetics and to be easy to fabricate and install, our aluminium bi-fold door ticks all the boxes. Featuring slim sightlines, contemporary styling, multiple threshold options and an effortlessly smooth bottom running track for ease of use; the Duraflex Aluminium bi-fold is available in a range of designs and colour options. Able to span 6176mm wide by 2440mm high and available in 2 to 6 door width options and 13 opening configurations, this exclusive aluminium bi-fold successfully delivers style and choice; with a range of add-ons also available for enhanced versatility.

All windows now have to comply with energy ratings. As a result an independent body, BFRC (British Fenestration Rating Council) provide a label system that enable consumers to understand any products energy performance. The BFRC label clearly indicates the rating of the designated window (A++ to G) depending on the energy efficiency levels achieved by the manufacturer. A++ is the most energy efficient, G the least efficient. The level of energy efficiency is indicated by one of a range of coloured bars - very similar to the energy efficiency labels found on fridges, freezers, washing machines and other household product's.

We accept our responsibilities and recognise our obligation to reduce our impact on the environment; in fact, Duraflex has been recycling its own profile waste and off-cuts for many years and were one of the first UK systems houses to eliminate all lead from our profile. PVCu is widely recognised as a highly sustainable material, and unlike true single-use plastic, PVCu for use in window and door systems have an average lifespan of 35 years.

Easy-to-clean, thermally efficient and high security, the fully reversible window works with a 180 degree pivot action to give users safe and easy access to the outer pane - making it the perfect choice for high and medium rise applications, or hard to reach locations. The Duraflex fully reversible window has been meticulously designed to suite seamlessly with the existing Diamond Suite. Featuring integrated transoms and mullions ensure multi-configurations and styles can be achieved, delivering fabricators and installers complete system compatibility.

Window Energy Ratings (WER) provide information about the energy efficiency and thermal performance of windows. Thermal performance ratings are calculated by our in-house approved simulator and verified by the BFRC; the ratings scale goes from A++ to E, with 'A++' being the most efficient, and 'E' the least. The latest Building Regulations require all new homes to have windows with a minimum 'C' WER rating. During the rating process the energy efficiency level is calculated and verified by BFRC, which is totally independent from any manufacturing or installing company.

The Diamond Suite PVCu Residential Doors provide functionality, performance and beautiful aesthetics, designed to meet the highest standards in security, weathering and durability. Available in either featured or fully bevelled, as well as a wide range of styles and configurations to suit any project type, the residential doors are available in a wide choice of colours to suite in with the window design.
