A & P Designs was set up by Paul Little in 1984 when Paul realised that the market was missing the opportunity to offer a smaller scale service at competitive prices, as opposed to the instruction of larger architectural practices. Principally, he offered designs for domestic extensions, loft conversions and the subsequent applications for planning permission and building control. Shortly afterwards Paul was joined by his wife Ann who ran the administration and practice premises. The Practice quickly established itself as a one stop shop for the domestic home owner and then grew to accommodate the more challenging requirements of the property developer.
The start of the visualisation of a dream or investment can be traumatic. The very nature of building is loud and often dusty, even with the best of builders. At an early stage you must decide whether you want to live in the premises whilst the works are being carried out.
