We have been surveying every type, style and age of property since 1983. We have wide experience of all building materials including cob, stone, brick and timber frame. We also specialise in structural waterproofing and have a CSSW (Certified Surveyor in Structural Waterproofing) qualified surveyor.

Dealing with relatively simple damp, woodworm or decay issues through to complex waterproofing, dry rot and timber engineering projects in every type of property - flats to manor houses, throughout Devon. They are normally available to chat with in the afternoons at the office.
Great service from knowledgeable and experienced guys. I contacted Exe terminators, after having them recommended, as I had damp in the home that had got out of control. They came and had a look and explained what was needed to be done and gave me a quote. I always use recommended builders as there are so many cowboys out there. We arranged a start date and a estimate for the time it would take to finish. The guys on the job were amazing and very helpful. They offered guidance on other jobs around the house that I was doing for myself. They were happy to share their wisdom, which saved me a lot of hard work. They went a little over schedule, but didn't adjust the agreed cost to make me pay more. When I asked for extras to be done they got the expert workers in for a decent price.
