A speculative industrial development for a local developer, designed to allow sub-division, it has been let to a single occupier. We provided full service to procure this brand new building for a business that imports and distributes Japanese 4x4 car parts all over the UK. Included flood prevention measures because of it's location within the flood plain of the Derwent. A brand new office headquarters and storage facility for a local housing developer. We gained planning permission before the recession hit hard and our client had to postpone his plans.
