Langton Associates is a professional practice of Architectural Designers and Planning Advisors. We provide these services to both the private and public sector. We have over 35 years experience in the fields of New Build, Alteration and Extension, and Refurbishment Work, and pride ourselves on the satisfaction expressed by our many clients over the years. We have worked successfully with major contractors on Design and Build contracts, both in negotiated and competitive situations, on projects varying in value from 200k to 7 million.
The Practice was established in Oldham in 1985, by Architect Reg Langton, who had extensive experience in both private practice and local government. He was a Consultant to the firm from his retirement in 2001 until he passed away in 2007. The company has operated from offices in Waterhead since 2003. We have carried out many local projects from restaurants in Austerlands and Uppermill, to barn conversions, house extensions and refurbishments throughout Saddleworth and Oldham. Our portfolio also includes many commercial projects from as far afield as Carlisle to Colchester.
