K4 Architects Ltd was established in 2010. We moved into 122 Fazeley Street in February 2011 with 4 people, but quickly doubled in size. In 2014 we began turning the former garage adjoining our office into a studio and grew our practice into the new space with 16 staff by 2017. We have slowly been renovating the former Wharfinger's House (formerly owned by British Waterways) into a series of meeting rooms which we use for our work, or hire out to artists, chefs and other businesses for events, exhibitions and meetings.
Few progress photos from a recent site visit. It's great to see the frame going up on the Moseley Gardens scheme, located at the top end of #digbeth for @prosperity.wea lth designed by @bpnarchitects executed by K4 Architects.
