Fleming James Architects has a strong emphasis on design and delivering the highest quality service possible. It is an objective of the practice to produce beautiful architecture that delivers on a functional level, is responsive to its context and meets the client's needs. A recognition that the simplest solution is often the most effective is fundamental to our approach. Fleming James Architects is an architectural practice based in Birmingham established by Ian James and Andrew Fleming. Together Ian and Andrew have over twenty years experience spanning a range of projects of varying scale and budget.
Undertaking a construction project is rewarding but challenging. At Fleming James Architects we strive to make the experience as simple as possible. At every stage from appointment to completion we can be on hand to guide the client through what can be a daunting process. Every project is considered on an individual basis. The starting point is always to consider the brief, alongside the building's context. We put enormous effort into understanding the nature of the site and the needs of the buildings users.
