Make is a different kind of architecture practice. Founded by Ken Shuttleworth in 2004, we're an employee-owned firm pursuing a democratic design process that values everyone's input. Today we have more than 150 people in London, Hong Kong and Sydney providing architecture, interior and urban design services from concept to completion. Since our founding, Make has been 100% employee-owned. Our non-hierarchical structure allows for the free flow of ideas and is reflected in our friendly, collaborative culture.
Make's singular aim is to design the best buildings, places and spaces in the world. A central part of this is providing the complete design of buildings across a range of sectors. We develop conceptual designs through to the final details, before going on site to oversee construction through to practical completion and post-occupancy, to protect the continuity of the design concept and build quality. Inspired interior design enhances people's experience of a space. We offer a fully integrated service that complements the overarching architectural concept, ensuring each project is finished to a high level of quality and detail.
