We are a KCC approved contractor (AC17465E). We specialise in heating, air conditioning and building services throughout Kent and the South East, within the industrial and commercial sector. Founded in 1986, our expertise within the industry is continuing to grow, which has enabled us to form a specialist fully trained mobile engineer base. This allows us to cater immediately to emergency call-outs 24 hours a day 365 days a year. All of our engineers are both Gas Safe and Oftec registered in order to guarantee you exceptional work.

Hadene has built a reputation in the industry over the past 30 years by giving a professional and friendly service to our clients. Our strengths are providing what the client requires in a cost effective manner and within a given time restraint. Hadene's engineers are all employed with the company, so allowing control on the standard of finish to the client, with the benefit of our engineers trained to the highest standards. In addition to our specialist heating, ventilation and air conditioning services, Hadene provide ‘Total Building Services'.

Hadene offers the installation and servicing of many types of air conditioning and ventilation systems, in Kent and the South East, by some of the most experienced engineers in the industry. We are not tied to a particular manufacturer of air conditioning systems and for this reason are able to provide the most appropriate solution for you. We are fully compliant with the current regulations of the mandatory requirements under the Energy Performance of Building Regulations 2007, and all of our engineers are F Gas certified.

Hadene Building Services provide Total Building Services, including a planned maintenance service along with a call out service. We manage commercial and industrial premises with our own staff on-site.
